You’ll get hands-on with dough, refresh a starter, mix, prove, and shape your loaves, and even create your own butter and pickles to enjoy with your bread. While your bread bakes, you’ll sit down for a seasonal plant-based lunch, prepared with locally sourced ingredients (some of which may come from our own garden!)—topped off with delicious local cheeses.

- Two Loaves of Bread to Take Home: You'll make two loaves of sourdough—one to keep and one to share with a friend or loved one.
