Your Púca Experience with Bread with Benefits includes:

  • Meet Chris Brownlow Agronomist & Farmer – Bread Maker 
  • Meet Sara, Chris’s wife and qualified GP
  • Refreshments on arrival: Kombucha (fermented tea)/water and sourdough biscuits 
  • Flavoured butter making demonstration 
  • Grain to flour demonstration
  • Hands on participation in sourdough bread making 
  • Make a compote for your bread using organic fruit and honey
  • Enjoy warm bread and compote with tea/coffee 
  • Take home a warm freshly baked sourdough loaf

  • Sourdough Pizzas made with ancient grain Emmer with Boyne Valley sourced toppings @ €25 per person
  • Also included red pepper and walnut dip, mushroom pate served with sourdough crackers.

  • The experience takes place at the home of Chris Brownlow
  • The area is accessible throughout
  • The car park is gravel based with paving close to the entrance 
  • Bathroom facilities are located in Chris’s home and accessible via one step
